All items are made to order once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and issue
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Address
